Orders are typically shipped within 5-8 days. Once shipped, domestic delivery (within the UK) takes 1-5 days, while international orders may take 1-3 weeks. An email confirming your order has been shipped will be sent to you with tracking (if applicable). Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location and customs!

Refunds are absolutely available for any damaged or defective items! Please email me at scribbbells@gmail.com or fill out the form on the Contact page, and provide pictures of the damage or details about your complaint to help process the refund!

Product replacement or full refunds are eligible depending on the circumstances. If your package hasn’t shown up witihn the anticipated time frame, please email scribbbells@gmail.com or fill out the form on the Contact page, and I’ll get right on it to assist you!

I used to! Unfortunately, due to new restrictions and regulations on shipping from the UK to the EU, I’ve had to put certain countries on hold for the time being. :( Rest assured, I’m working on a solution and will hopefully be able to reopen EU shipping soon!
